Lalit Pradhan

Lalit Pradhan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lalit started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited in 1996. Lalit then worked at Pidilite Industries Limited as an Area Manager, where they gained experience in marketing and sales. Lalit joined 3M as an Area Manager, responsible for managing the territory of Mumbai and completing Six Sigma projects. Lalit continued to progress in their career at Faber-Castell India as a Regional Manager before joining Bajaj Electricals Ltd as Deputy General Manager, where they had dual responsibilities in marketing and supply chain management. Lalit also worked as a Senior General Manager at Photoquip India Ltd - CORVI LED, where they had a significant role in setting up the sales channel and managing business development and marketing activities. Lalit later joined POLYCAB WIRES PVT LTD as a General Manager, leading the marketing and supply chain activities for their lighting products. Currently, Lalit holds the position of Associate Vice President & Product Head Consumer Lighting at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where they oversee the consumer lighting product portfolio. Lalit Pradhan completed their MBA in Marketing & International Business from Symbiosis Institute of International Business from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) between 1992 and 1996.
