Naveen Guntha

Naveen Guntha is a Senior Manager in Design & Development at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since March 2021, drawing on extensive experience in product design and feasibility, particularly in industrialization of plastic and sheet metal components. Previously, Naveen held roles as Technical Lead and Technical Professional at Hawkins Cookers Limited from June 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities included part design and development. Beginning as a Design Intern at Makino from September 2011 to May 2012, Naveen focused on fixture design for castings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Tool Design from Central Institute of Tool Design and Osmania University, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from G Pullareddy Engineering College.
