Sundararajan R has extensive experience in the electrical and lighting industry, holding prominent roles such as Executive President and Country Head of the Luminaires Business Unit at Bajaj Electricals Ltd from 2010 to 2016 and then from 2016 until retirement. With a proven track record in business management, Sundararajan successfully led initiatives to exceed top and bottom line objectives while managing teams and overseeing significant profit centers. Previous positions include Whole Time Director at Hind Lamps Limited, Business Consulting at Panasonic Life Solutions India, and leadership roles at MIC Electronics Ltd and Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. Sundararajan also served as Chairman of the Luminaires Committee at ELCOMA and has a strong foundation in electrical engineering and business administration, with degrees from the University Vishweshwaraya College of Engineering and St Joseph's Institute of Management.
