Chef Karuna currently serves as an RnD chef at Lo Foods since February 2025. Previously, Chef Karuna was the Central Manufacturing Location Manager for the Dunkin Brand at Galadari Food & Beverage Division from January 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with franchisees on new product launches and opening new manufacturing locations. Prior experience includes serving as the Bakery and Confectionery Head Chef and B2B Sales at Future Group India from August 2016 to January 2020, and roles as a live bakery chef and manager at Spencer's Retail from September 2014 to August 2016. Chef Karuna also led a live bakery team at Walmart India from October 2013 to September 2014 and began a culinary career as a commie 1st at Daily Bread Gourmet Foods (I) Pvt Ltd from May 2011 to October 2013. Chef Karuna holds a degree in Hotel Management from the National Institute of Management Technology, completed in 2011, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, bolaram, for secondary education in commerce.
