Elman B. serves as the Chief Internal Audit Officer at NEQSOL HOLDING since December 2019 and holds multiple positions as Chairman of the Audit Committee for Vodafone Ukraine, Bakcell, Nobel Energy, and NORM OJSC. Previously, Elman B. worked as the Director of Budgeting and Management Reporting Department at PASHA Bank OJSC and in financial reporting at "PASHA Holding" LLC. Extensive experience at EY from 2008 to 2016 included roles such as Audit Manager and Assurance Senior. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA through a collaborative program involving TRIUM Global Executive MBA, HEC Paris, NYU Stern School of Business, and The London School of Economics and Political Science. Elman B. holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State Economics University.
