Ed Rojas has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ed started their career at C&S Wholesale Grocery as a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor from 2001 to 2005. Ed then moved on to Michael Foods Inc. as a Processing/Sanitation Supervisor for five years. In 2013, Ed became a Production Supervisor and Warehousing/Manufacturing Manager at F&B multinationals including Frutarom USA, Givaudan Flavors, Tabitha Holdings, and Suite-K Value Added Services. Since 2015, they have been working at Baked by Melissa, initially as a Production Manager and later assuming the role of Operations Manager. In their current role as the Director of Operations, Ed is responsible for ensuring product quality, process efficiency, cost control, and standardized procedures, as well as building external relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors.

Ed Rojas earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kean University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications. Ed completed PMP training at Kaizen Technologies in 2014, received OSHA Certification in 2013, and completed Six Sigma Green Belt training through an online program at Villanova University in the same year.
