Daniel Sunzenauer is a seasoned professional in the bakery industry with extensive experience in various managerial and product development roles. Currently serving as a Product Developer at Bakehuset AS since August 2019, Daniel previously held the position of National Bakery Concept & Training Manager at Carrefour, overseeing the bakery operations across 240 individual locations in China. Prior to that, Daniel worked as the Production & Bakery Manager at Wagas, where responsibilities included managing a central bakery for multiple outlets, optimizing production processes, and developing successful new products. Additionally, Daniel has held positions as Manager & Master Baker at Mathallen and Baker at Pompei, focusing on production management and recipe execution. Daniel holds an Associate Degree in Bakery and Pastry studies from Kold College.
