Monica Garcia Aduna

Monica Garcia Aduna is an accomplished professional in environmental health and safety (EHS) with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as EHS Europe Leader and EHS Manager at Bakelite Synthetics since May 2021, Monica has previously held similar managerial positions at Hexion Inc. since June 2014 and has a background in quality and environmental management from Ensamblajes FERRI S.L. and Bionor Berantevilla. Notably, Monica was responsible for implementing integrated management systems and ensuring compliance with international regulations during tenure at PEMCO International, where roles included REACH and CLP European coordinator and Group Quality Assurance Coordinator.
