Hendrik Zuur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and operations within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Director of Procurement at Baker & Baker since January 2021, Hendrik oversees procurement processes for a leading bakery products manufacturer operating across Europe and internationally. Previously, Hendrik held roles including Category Sourcing Lead at CSM Bakery Solutions and Sourcing Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, with a focus on global bakery products and transportation. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Foodcase International BV, TUI Group, and gategroup, spanning operations and product management. Hendrik's career began in event catering and hospitality with roles at Willem de Boer Food & Events and Marriott International, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from HHS in Leeuwarden.
