John Windsor

John Windsor has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Estimating - Precon Manager at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. since October 2021. Previously, John held the position of Preconstruction & Estimating at Blackwood of DC, LLC from October 2020 to December 2021. Prior to this, John was a Senior Estimator at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. from March 2015 to October 2020 and worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at Miller and Long Co., Inc. from September 2001 to March 2015. John holds a degree from Loyola University Maryland, earned between 1996 and 2000.
