Mindy Szarowicz

Mindy Szarowicz, MBA, serves as the Director of Business Development at Baker Construction since May 2008, where responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the Southeast Region. In addition, Mindy has held various leadership roles within the Construction Executives Association, including Business Development Manager and Vice President of the Executive Board, and serves on the Executive Board of the Construction Association of South Florida as President. Prior experience includes positions at CAPRI Engineering, LLC, focusing on accounts receivable. Mindy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Environmental Science from Nova Southeastern University.
