Robert Saltsman

Robert Saltsman is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Baker Construction since December 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Chief Estimator at Baker Construction and worked as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Moss & Associates from July 2023 to December 2023. Robert's previous experience includes serving as a Concrete Project Manager/Estimator at DPR Construction from May 2020 to July 2023 and as a Senior Estimator at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. from July 2012 to May 2020. Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida between 2007 and 2011.
