Tim Williams

Tim Williams has extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as Warehouse Manager at Baker Electric Home Energy since July 2019. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Operations Manager at Markstein Beverage Company from July 2006 to May 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the Warehouse, Delivery, and Retail Service Departments. Tim also worked as an Account Manager at Grainger from April 2004 to July 2006, focusing on sales and service for high-profile accounts in California and Arizona. Earlier in Tim's career, as District Sales Manager for Nestlé USA from August 1993 to April 2004, responsibilities included managing ice cream sales and distribution across several counties. Tim holds a degree in Change Management and Difficult Conversations from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego, and has attended Palomar College.
