Regional Vice President - Client Success at Baker Hill

Craig Heman has a diverse work history that spans multiple industries. Craig began their career as an Assistant Sales Manager at Vector Marketing from 2006 to 2008. Craig then interned as a Retail Sales Representative at The Hershey Company in 2008. Craig worked as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial from 2009 to 2010, followed by a role as a Sales Manager at Lenscrafters from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Craig joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Relationship Banker, a position they held until 2015 when they became a Private Client Banker. In this role, they managed relationships with approximately 200 Private Client households and brought in additional business that resulted in a performance level 1 branch. Craig continued to excel at JPMorgan Chase & Co. until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Craig worked at Baker Hill. Craig started as a Client Development Specialist for Analytics & Marketing, where they led business development efforts and managed relationships with strategic partnerships. In 2020, they transitioned to become a Channel Manager and then an RVP - Client Success Manager. In these positions, Craig maintained and expanded relationships with clients, maximizing their partnership investment by utilizing the Baker Hill NextGen platform.
