Lisa Randa, MBA, PMC II

Lisa Randa, MBA, PMC II, has a comprehensive work experience in the financial technology industry. Lisa is currently serving as the Regional Vice President, Client Success at Baker Hill since April 2021. Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at Finastra, including Enterprise Account Executive, Director of Portfolio Operations Management, Global Manager of Quality Assurance, and Quality Assurance Analyst. In these roles, they led and oversaw various teams and operations, including managing global product quality, coordinating mitigation operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to Finastra, Lisa worked at Fidelity Information Services as a Senior Business Analyst - Team Lead and at Fiserv as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Business Analyst.

Lisa Randa, MBA, PMC II, has a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Florida. In addition to their degrees, Lisa Randa has obtained the Pragmatic Management Certified (PMC-II) certification from the Pragmatic Institute in October 2017.
