Stephen Inglish

Director Of Software Architecture at Baker Hill

Stephen Inglish has a work experience spanning over 15 years. Stephen started in 2006 as a Consultant at Sogeti, where they provided C# expertise and architectural planning for the development of the WINGS system for the state of Florida. Stephen also mentored state employees during this time.

In 2011, Stephen joined D+H as a Sr. Developer. Here, they played a key role in building an in-house multi-tenant web application platform and acted as a Scrum Master. Stephen also coached a development team on delivery estimation, metrics gathering, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Since 2016, Stephen has been working at Baker Hill. Stephen initially served as the Manager of Software Architecture, where they were responsible for ensuring quality throughout the software development process. Stephen also mentored developers, presented metrics to leadership teams, and collaborated with the marketing/sales/support branches of the business.

Currently, Stephen holds the position of Director of Software Architects at Baker Hill. In this role, they continue to contribute to the software development process by designing technical solutions, solving developer bottlenecks, and planning for future iterations. Stephen also provides decisions balancing features vs fixes and mentors five international teams in the software process.

Stephen Inglish attended Florida State University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. After completing their undergraduate education, Stephen went on to earn several certifications from Microsoft. In October 2007, they obtained certifications as an MCPD Web Developer and MCPD Windows Developer. In March 2008, they also obtained the MCPD Enterprise Application Developer certification.
