Alessandro Pagliantini

Alessandro Pagliantini is currently serving as the Gas Technology Equipment IP Strategy & Portfolio Leader at Baker Hughes since March 2024. Prior to this role, Alessandro was involved with the EUTurbines association as a Technology Committee Member from September 2019 to March 2024 and held various leadership positions at BHGE from October 2017 to March 2024, including Product IP & Competitive Positioning Leader. With extensive experience at GE Oil & Gas from September 2004 to September 2017, Alessandro worked as an Engineering Leader focusing on O&G IP & Technology Intelligence and Turbomachinery Innovation, and initiated R&D programs for centrifugal compressors. Earlier roles included Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and R&D Senior Test Engineer. Alessandro has contributed to technical committees such as Eurogia2020 and began a career in engineering with GE O&G as a Lead Test Engineer. Furthermore, Alessandro's academic credentials encompass a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa, a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering Management from UCL, and studies in European Patent Law at CEIPI.
