Nicola le May

Nicola Le May is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Pacific (MEAP) region at Baker Hughes. Previously, Nicola held the position of Global Onboarding Director at Baker Hughes and worked as the Recruitment and Onboarding Manager for the Middle East at Serco. Additionally, Nicola served as Resourcing Manager at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management and as a Senior Consultant at an HR Consultancy.
