Rossella Piccirilli

Rossella Piccirilli is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Baker Hughes since December 2019, Rossella leads the Record to Report finance advisory IT team, focusing on optimizing business performance in the finance domain. Previously, Rossella held roles as an IT Senior Program Manager at Baker Hughes and IS Project Manager at Hypertherm, overseeing significant ERP implementations and M&A digital technology initiatives. With a strong background in service delivery management at Tata Consultancy Services, Rossella has successfully coordinated teams in the development of ERP and related applications, while also promoting Six Sigma methodologies for value innovation.
