Shailesh Hinge

Shailesh Hinge is a seasoned professional in software validation and testing, currently serving as the Sr Director of Software Validation & Test at Baker Hughes since March 2016. With a career spanning over two decades, Shailesh held various leadership positions at GE Oil & Gas, contributing significantly to the growth of the Quality organization in India and the US and transforming automation practices within the team. Prior experience at GE included roles as Software Manager and Sr Software Engineer, where Shailesh established a QA organization and managed the transition to Agile methodologies. Early career experiences at Bently Nevada began as a Trainee Test Engineer, showcasing early skills in testing and engineering. Shailesh holds a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
