Szabolcs Kaldau

Szabolcs Kaldau is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at Baker Hughes since January 2017, where leadership includes overseeing the North America Talent Acquisition function. Prior roles at Baker Hughes encompass Global HR Director for Workforce Planning and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Global TA Integration and Process Innovation Leader, notably directing the integration of talent acquisition processes during the merger with GE Oil & Gas.
