Utkarsh Bhargava

Utkarsh Bhargava, MS, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in environmental and nuclear engineering. Currently serving as Lead Project Planning Specialist at Baker Hughes since March 2024, Utkarsh previously excelled as Senior Environmental Project Manager and Business Development Lead at AnchorQEA, LLC, where successful project oversight resulted in significant cost reductions for client projects. At Newport News Shipbuilding, Utkarsh contributed as Nuclear Facilities Project Engineer, managing substantial project lifecycles and implementing lean techniques to enhance efficiency. Earlier roles included Nuclear Systems Test Engineer and various academic positions, highlighting a strong foundation in research and teaching within the fields of petroleum and nuclear engineering. Utkarsh holds a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University.
