Jay Connolly

Jay Connolly currently serves as the Global Chief People Officer at Baker McKenzie since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jay was the Global Chief Talent Officer and Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Dentons, where responsibilities included leading human resources, recruiting, and training functions while advising on talent management and diversity initiatives from October 2011 to October 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Clifford Chance, European HR Business Partner at LEGO, and HR Manager at Unilever. Jay holds a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds, earned between 1994 and 1997.
