Sarah Hopkins

Sarah Hopkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sarah started their career in 1988 as an Administrator at American Express. Sarah then worked at Thomas Cook Group as a PA/Marketing Executive for six years. In 1996, they joined Standard Chartered Bank where they held various roles including Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager, Manager of Leadership Development, Group Talent Manager, and Global Head MBA and Graduate Recruitment. In 2010, they moved to Actis as an HR Manager and Head of Professional Development & Associate Recruitment. In 2012, they took maternity leave and returned to work in 2013 as an HR Consultant and Head of HR at Nido Student Living. Most recently, they have worked at Baker McKenzie as the Director of Human Resources and currently holds the position of Head of Talent - MENA.

Sarah Hopkins obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Business from MCIPD in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Nottingham Trent University in 1998. Additionally, Sarah attended Hitchin Girls Grammar School from 1982 to 1988.
