Jean McDevitt Bullens has extensive experience in tax-related roles, having spent over two decades at Baker Newman Noyes since January 2001, progressing from Tax Staff to Tax Principal. Prior to this, Jean worked as a Project Assistant for Pathfinder International from August 1996 to August 1998. Jean holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law, completed in 2001, a paralegal certificate from Northeastern University in 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Environmental Studies from Tufts University, earned in 1996. Early education was completed at Ellsworth High School from 1988 to 1992.
