Steven Skiba, MST, JD, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in state and local taxation. Currently serving as Managing Director and leader of the National Excise Tax Practice at BDO USA since October 2019, Steven previously held significant positions at Grant Thornton LLP, Integrated Tax Strategies, LLP, Deloitte, PwC, and Arthur Andersen, culminating in roles as Managing Director and Senior Manager. Steven earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Walsh College and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from Wayne State University.
