Findley Gillespie

Findley Gillespie, CPA, is a seasoned professional in internal audit with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal of Internal Audit at Baker Tilly US since its formation in June 2025, following a merger with Moss Adams, Findley previously held multiple roles at Moss Adams LLP from 2002 to June 2025, including Partner, Senior Manager, and Manager for Internal Audit. Prior experience includes a position as Supervising Senior in Audit at KPMG from 1999 to 2002. Findley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Seattle Pacific University.
