Justin Johansen is an Experienced Manager in the Oracle HCM Practice at Baker Tilly US since March 2022, following a notable tenure at DISH Network as a Principal Software Engineer for nearly nine years. At DISH Network, Justin led Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives and managed critical HR projects, including performance appraisals and compensation cycles. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Systems Analyst/Project Manager at Hitachi Data Systems and a Solutions Architect for Oracle HRMS at TeleTech, where Justin began as an HRIS Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
