Lisa Parker, CPP, is an accomplished payroll management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Payroll Manager - Outsourcing at Baker Tilly US since November 2016, Lisa has spearheaded a pilot payroll initiative in India and led client onboarding for payroll services, focusing on compliance and service optimization. Prior roles include Payroll Supervisor and Senior Payroll Consultant, where Lisa developed payroll practices and implemented customized payroll systems. Previously, Lisa served as Office Manager/Comptroller at Turek's Plumbing Inc, where Lisa's leadership earned the business an award for small business of the year in 2009.
