Prosser began their career in 1992 as a partner at Express, one of the country’s largest retailers. Stacie was successful in managing and growing business in 3 retail chain store locations. Prosser consistently grew store and personal revenue over goals and previous year’s benchmarks. Stacie was also effective in managing a staff of up to 30 part and full time associates. Additionally, Prosser successfully managed multiple projects and initiatives including creative visual merchandising, accurate payroll and employee scheduling all while providing excellent customer service, and employee support.

In 1994, Prosser left Express to work as a National Account Executive at Builders Publishing Company. There they provided marketing consulting services and custom brochure services to the residential home builder industry. Prosser was successful in generating revenue from subcontractors and suppliers to fund the marketing materials and maximize co-op advertising dollars. In addition to managing several projects from research to production simultaneously, they were also responsible for developing new business in existing and new territories. Because of the success of the services and brochures, many clients were repeat customers.

Stacie Prosser graduated from Baker University with dual degrees in sociology and psychology. Stacie then attended Topeka West for their education career.
