The board of directors at Baker University has a long and varied history, with members coming from many different industries and educational backgrounds. Some of the previous experiences of the board members include working as a client associate at White Sand Wealth Management, a pool supervisor at Mission Hills Country Club, an assistant at The 3&2 Baseball Club of Johnson County, and a seasonal sales associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods. The board also has members with experience in publishing, such as the market president and publisher at Kansas City Business Journal, and the national account executive at Builders Publishing Company. Another member of the board is a partner at Limited Brands. All of the members of the board have at least one degree from Baker University, with some members having dual degrees in finance and financial management services, and sociology and psychology.
