Lorraine Schembri is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and retail systems management. Since July 2017, Lorraine has served as the IT Retail Systems Manager and Project Manager at Bakers Delight, demonstrating a strong focus on delivering agile projects that provide significant business value. Previously, Lorraine worked at Coles from March 2006 to March 2015 in various roles, including Project Manager and Delivery Manager for Liquor Store Systems, overseeing over 800 liquor store systems. Lorraine’s expertise encompasses leading multi-disciplined teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality service with a strong commitment to budget and timeline adherence.
