Frank Croce is the current Director of Finance at Bakery on Main. Prior to their current position, Croce served as the Director of Finance for Max Restaurant Group from January 2015 to December 2018. In their previous role, Croce was responsible for all aspects of month-end financial reporting and detailed financial reviews with the COO. Frank also managed financial staff and was hands-on with day-to-day accounting functions involving Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger.
Croce is known for their work in transforming the Corporate Accounting unit from being reactive to proactive in its daily approach. Frank also developed and executed a ‘tips to pay’ procedure that greatly increased the productivity of the corporate accounting unit and location management staff on a daily basis. During their time at Max Restaurant Group, Croce was successful in managing several capital projects, including the opening of a new location, rebuild and renovation of two existing locations.
Frank Croce earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Central Connecticut State University.
