Zhenhua Jiang

Zhenhua Jiang is an experienced professional in the field of food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Sr. QA Manager at Bakkafrost since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading a QA team in a seafood processing plant and implementing comprehensive food safety and quality programs. Prior experience includes a role as Food Safety and Quality Manager at Ocean Pacific Seafood Group, where Zhenhua established HACCP and cGMP plans, conducted inspections, managed regulatory compliance, and handled customer complaints. Zhenhua also worked as a Project Manager and Regional Manager at Hissho Sushi Inc., overseeing multiple food service locations and ensuring adherence to health regulations. Zhenhua holds a Master's degree in Food Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Biotechnology from Zhejiang University.
