Dr. Traron Moore Sphr

Dr. Traron Moore, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Traron currently serves as the Vice President and Global Head of People and Culture at Bakkt. Prior to this, they held various roles at WarnerMedia, including People Partner Lead and Director of Human Resources - Corporate. Dr. Traron also served as the Director of Human Resources at Comcast Cable, where they had responsibilities for Change Management, Talent Management, and Performance Management in the Big South Region. Before that, they worked as a Business Partner in Human Resources at The Home Depot and as a Director of HR at Concessions International. Dr. Moore has also held positions at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Sheraton, Hyatt Regency, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where they gained valuable experience in human resources, training, employment, and benefits management.

Dr. Traron Moore, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive education history. Dr. Traron obtained their Doctorate in Business from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they earned a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2011.

Prior to their doctoral studies, Dr. Moore participated in LEAD Atlanta, a community-based leadership development program from 2008 to 2009. Dr. Traron also holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Orleans, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Dr. Traron completed their undergraduate studies at Tuskegee University, where they earned a BA in Psychology from 1997 to 2000.
