Jeff Kindle has over two decades of experience in the customer success, client engagement, and marketing fields. Jeff started their career at Siebel Systems in 1999, working as the Global Director of End User Operations Client Services. In 2001, they joined MemberMap, LLC as the Vice President of Marketing & Client Services. In 2004, they joined Epsilon, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Client Services, Global Vice President & GM of Client Services, and Vice President of Client Engagement. In 2018, they briefly worked at cxLoyalty as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success / Client Management. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Partner of Client Engagement at PIVOTLcx / BLK Strategic Services. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success - Loyalty at Bakkt starting from 2022.

Jeff Kindle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Cincinnati. Jeff also studied Liberal Arts at the University of Mount Union, although the degree details are not provided.
