Ayman Baky has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. In 2013, they founded Baky Hospitality, a company specializing in managing restaurants, bars, and clubs. At Baky Hospitality, Ayman has emphasized the importance of achieving excellence and upholding high professional and ethical standards.
Additionally, Ayman has worked as a partner at Gigi Burger Bar in Athens from 2013 to 2015. Ayman also served as the CEO of Ethos for Touristic Establishments, specifically overseeing the Tamarai Restaurant and Bar, from 2008 to 2015.
Before that, Ayman was the managing partner of L'Aubergine Bistro & Bar from 2003 to 2007. In this role, they introduced new concepts, promoted the venue as a cozy neighborhood bar, handled advertisement and media positioning, and managed maintenance and staff training. Ayman also focused on driving sales and entertaining guests through various promotions.
Earlier in their career, Ayman served as the marketing manager at Virgin Megastore Egypt from 2005 to 2007, where they developed and executed marketing programs to achieve corporate objectives. Ayman also held the position of marketing manager at Sony Music Entertainment from 2002 to 2004.
From 1992 to 1996, Ayman Baky attended The American University in Cairo where they pursued a Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
