David Hoffa

David Hoffa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Bal Seal Engineering since June 2023, David previously held key positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Engineering Excellence Manager and Site Lead for the Johnson & Johnson Operating System. David has demonstrated significant expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and process improvement, contributing to substantial cost savings through Lean Six Sigma initiatives. With a robust background in quality management, team leadership, and training across multiple organizations, David is well-versed in driving operational excellence and innovation. David holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in Electronics & Computer Technology and Industrial Technology, respectively.
