Liji Godbole

Liji Godbole currently serves as Group Head HR at Balaji Telefilms Ltd, overseeing strategic HR operations, policy development, and employee engagement since January 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Principal and Associate Principal at Accord India, Partner at Proctor Search, and Engagement Manager roles at Accord Group India and AltoPartners, where Liji focused on executive search and client management. Liji began a career in marketing at Alembic Pharmaceuticals, where roles included Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, and also worked as an Account Manager at Mudra Health and Lifestyle. Liji holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy Administration from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
