Rachel Staincliffe is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Since April 2021, Rachel serves as Group Head of HR at James Walker Group Ltd, having previously held the position of HR Business Partner - Learning & Development since June 2011. In this role, Rachel leads the L&D team to cultivate a learning-focused organizational culture and develops global learning strategies aligned with the Group HR Strategy to ensure measurable business outcomes. Rachel's previous experience includes positions as a Core Skills Training Consultant at Bradford & Bingley and as a Trainer at Xceed Training Ltd, along with a background in business analysis and training consultancy at SSP. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Learning and Development Management from The University of Huddersfield and various professional qualifications in coaching, mentoring, and technical communication.
