Jessica Valdez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as the Counseling Programs Manager at BALANCE Financial Fitness since September 2016, Jessica plays a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals through trusted advice. Prior to this, Jessica spent a decade at FLEETCOR, where responsibilities included supervising employees, resolving interdepartmental issues, and managing high-profile corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Jessica began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Sav On Drugs Pharmacy from February 2004 to May 2006.
