Tom Tregelles

Tom Tregelles is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and digital marketing, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder at Balance Digital since October 2025. Prior to this role, Tregelles held the position of Executive Vice President Commercial at DAZN from November 2023 to November 2025. Tregelles also served as Global Vice President Digital and VP Digital - International at Legends between November 2020 and December 2023. Previously, Tregelles worked at Frasers Group as Group Head of eCommerce and at Sports Direct and Flannels.com in similar capacities from December 2017 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes a Senior eCommerce Manager role at Orlebar Brown, and positions at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and Jack Wills | Aubin & Wills as well as a Marketing Manager position at Salcombe Dairy (UK) LTD. Tregelles earned a degree in Business & Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University between 2008 and 2011.
