Derek Lackey

Derek Lackey has a diverse work history starting in 1981 with Kroger, where they worked in store management for over 30 years. During their time at Kroger, they managed six stores and was responsible for monitoring operational results such as profit and loss management, wages, shrink, and safety. In 1986, Derek joined the US Army as a Senior Medic with the rank of Specialist. In this role, they supervised other battery medical personnel, coordinated efforts with the battalion medical team, and was assigned to the Patriot Missile Battalion. In 2011, Derek joined Balance Innovations as a Solutions Engineer.

Derek Lackey obtained a BBA degree in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University during the period of 1983 to 1991.
