Eric Lichtmann

Eric Lichtmann has an extensive work history in various roles and industries.

Eric started their career in 1995 at Electronic Data Systems, where they worked as a Systems Engineer and Program Manager. Eric developed n-tier applications for different departments and managed all phases of the software development life cycle.

In 1997, they joined Circuit City as a Senior Application Developer before moving on to Dynex Capital, Inc. in 1998. At Dynex Capital, they worked as a Senior Application Developer and Senior Program Manager, developing software builds and database schemas.

In 1999, they became the Director of Technology at Debtcollect.com, managing the IT operations and vendor relationships. Eric then joined LeapFrogXML, a start-up, as the Director of Operations, overseeing software development and sales activities.

In 2001, they joined Sprint Nextel as a Senior Manager of Software Development and Mobile Device Deployments. Eric managed major mobile device launches and was responsible for network, customer care, billing, and POS systems. Eric also managed the Sprint.com platform for premium content purchasing on wireless devices.

During their time at Amdocs from 2008 to 2010, Eric served as the Senior Manager of Software and Release Deployments. Eric led the deployment of software fixes and enhancements for T-Mobile and Sprint accounts and managed international resources and release budgets.

From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Balance Innovations as the Vice President of Product Development. Eric led development teams in SaaS solutions and utilized Agile methodologies. Eric also managed various OLTP and OLAP environments for financial transactions and analytics.

At Balance Innovations, Eric held different roles from 2015 to 2023, including Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering and Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Eric led the Solutions Engineer team in deploying SaaS solutions and integrating them into various devices and POS systems. Eric also played a key role in deploying cash management software solutions.

Currently, Eric is an Advisor at Advantage Tech, a position they have held since 2021.

Eric Lichtmann received a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Administration from Ohio University from 1988 to 1993. Eric then pursued a Master's degree in Economics from Old Dominion University from 1993 to 1995. Prior to their college education, Eric attended Bullis School and later graduated from Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School.
