Sean LePoidevin

Sean LePoidevin has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Sean is currently serving as the Regional Manager for Australia and the Pacific at BOS Balance of Storage Systems AG since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Apex Energy Australia as a Strategy and Development professional starting from December 2020.

Sean also holds the position of Director at Build Solar since February 2017. In addition, they have had a significant role at Off-Grid Energy Australia, where they served as the Business Development professional from October 2018 to December 2020. Moreover, Sean co-founded the company in February 2011 and served as a Director, overseeing various aspects such as sales, marketing, operations, product development, and financial management.

Before their time at Off-Grid Energy Australia, Sean worked at Solar Shop Australia, where they held multiple roles from October 2007 to February 2011. These roles included sales, project management, operations, and training. Sean played a crucial role in managing the company during its rapid growth phase and transition from a small to medium/large enterprise.

Sean LePoidevin began their education at Henley High School in 1999 and completed their studies there in 2003. Afterward, they pursued a Certificate IV in Renewable Energy at Sunshine Coast TAFE from 2009 to 2010. In 2005 to 2006, Sean participated in the SA Young Entrepreneur Scheme at BusinessSA. Later on, they attended the University of Adelaide from 2012 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of International Studies with a focus on Humanities. During their time at the University of Adelaide, they also had a study abroad experience at the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2015, where they further pursued their Bachelor of International Studies with a specialization in Social Sciences.
