Erin Crider

Erin Crider has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erin started their most recent role in 2023 as the Strategic Accounts Manager at Balance Staffing, where they focus on connecting job seekers with employers. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they worked at LifeSci Search, first as the Chief of Staff and later as the Head of Delivery and Recruitment Operations. Erin also briefly held the role of Vice President – AI, Digital Health & Med Tech at LifeSci Search in 2020.

Before their time at LifeSci Search, Erin worked at Talent from 2018 to 2020 as the Associate Director of Technology Recruitment. Erin also gained experience as the Branch Lead at Balance Staffing Company from 2017 to 2018. Erin'searlier roles include working as a Recruiting and Account Manager at Strategic IT Staffing, LLC from 2013 to 2017, and as a Program Manager at THINK Together in 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Teacher and After School Program Director at Nobel Learning Communities from 2011 to 2012, and as a Program Manager at Bridges/ASSETs After School Programs from 2008 to 2011.

Erin Crider pursued their education starting in 2006 at San Diego State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Studies. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended California State University-Sacramento, focusing on Education and earning a degree in Liberal Studies, Teaching.
