Kristi Fields

Kristi Fields has a robust background in sales and client management, holding various leadership roles across multiple technology companies. Currently, Kristi is focused on building Balance Theory since March 2023. Prior to this, Kristi served as Regional Sales Manager at CrowdStrike from October 2021 to March 2023 and led sales efforts for the western U.S. at CyCognito from February 2020 to October 2021. Kristi's experience also includes a tenure at Optiv Inc as Client Director, where strategic consulting in information security was emphasized, and account management roles at Check Point Software Technologies and POS Portal. Kristi's extensive career began at First Data Corporation as Vice President of Client Operations and included various director-level positions at TASQ Technology.
