Ofir Amit Davidi

Ofir Amit Davidi has extensive work experience in the field of HR and people operations.

Starting in 2011, Ofir worked as an HR Admin at Amirim for four years, until 2015. Following this, they joined Lead - Inspiring leaders for a sustainable world as a Recruiter from August 2015 to July 2016.

In 2016, Ofir joined Woo.io, a tech industry platform, where they initially served as a Recruiting Associate, helping individuals make informed decisions about their careers. Later, they were promoted to the role of HR & Employee Experience Manager, which they held from December 2018 to November 2021.

Currently, Ofir Amit Davidi is employed at Balance. They started with the company in March 2022 as a People Operations Manager and are now working as an HR Business Partner starting from April 2023.

Ofir Amit Davidi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, and Sociology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at the same institution from 2016 to 2018.
