James Francis has a diverse work experience. James started their career at Time Inc. in 2000 as an Editorial Sales representative, and subsequently joined Getty Images in 2005 as a Licensing Manager. In 2014, they transitioned to Balancing Life's Issues (BLI), where they have held multiple roles. At BLI, they have served as the Director of DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), focusing on designing and delivering programs to address institutional and structural issues. Additionally, they have been a Senior Corporate Trainer and Global Account Manager, conceptualizing and implementing over 500 training programs to help clients improve relationships, enhance employee engagement, and resolve problems. Their expertise includes team building, leadership, and project management. James has successfully conducted training sessions with up to 400 participants, with one of their most notable sessions being on Building Resilience for international divisions of a bank.
James Francis attended Delaware State University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business Administration.
