Lena Garza

Lena Garza is a certified coach with extensive experience in wellness and health coaching. Since July 2019, Lena has served as a Certified Coach at Nourished By Design LLC and as a Wellness Presenter for Balancing Life's Issues, providing workshops that enhance employee assistance programs. Lena has been an independent distributor for AdvoCare since June 2011, focusing on customizing health, muscle performance, energy, and weight loss strategies while presenting income opportunities. Prior experience includes a role as Team Manager at Passion Parties from 2007 to 2013, where Lena trained team members in business development and women's education, and as Lead Dental Assistant at Dean Dental from 2001 to 2011, delivering various dental services. Educational credentials include a General Education degree from Columbia Basin College and a high school diploma from Richland High School.
